Public documents may be viewed by setting up an appointment with the Secretary. Appointments will be made at the earliest convenience of the Secretary; generally, within 7 days.

Regular monthly Council Meetings are held on the First Monday of each month at 7:30pm
In the event of a Monday holiday, meeting will be held the following Tuesday at 7:30pm
Persons wishing to address Council should do either of the following:
* Contact the Secretary or any Council Member to be added to the upcoming monthly meeting’s agenda and attend the subsequent meeting
* Or, submit a letter completely outlining the item(s) to be addressed. Letters must be signed and include the writer’s full name, address and telephone number to be read and discussed at the monthly meeting. Only those concerns, complaints, questions and suggestions received in person or in writing will be addressed by Council.
